• Organize ideas into branches and themes
• Edit and refine your maps
• Save and revisit your ideas
• Share maps from the app

3. Account Creation and Authentication

Access may require an account. You are responsible for your credentials and account activity.

Use of third-party authentication providers is subject to their terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Yapwise to capture your own ideas. Do not:

• Upload false or unauthorized content
• Use the service illegally or to infringe rights
• Reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Share accounts or create multiples to bypass limits

5. Voice Processing

We process voice recordings and transcripts to generate mindmaps. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Subscription and Billing

Yapwise may offer free and paid plans. Pricing and billing details will be shown in the app.

7. Intellectual Property

You own your content. Yapwise owns the platform, design, and AI technology. AI-generated outputs are for your use; underlying tech remains ours.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs data practices. By using Yapwise, you consent to that policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Service may be unavailable at times
• You must review generated content for accuracy
• No guarantees of outcomes or results

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You may stop using Yapwise at any time.
